The area runs between Lawrence Avenue and Eglinton Avenue, with Warden Avenue and Birchmount Road as the main north-south corridors. The neighbourhood's commercial life is distributed across several plazas along Lawrence and Warden, offering groceries, restaurants, and services that cater to a diverse population of South Asian, Filipino, Caribbean, and East African families.
