Tam O'Shanter-Sullivan is a residential neighbourhood in northeast Scarborough that takes its name from the Tam O'Shanter golf course that once occupied much of the land. Today it is a community of post-war bungalows, split-levels, and townhouses interspersed with parks and school grounds that give the area an open, spacious feel.
