Stonegate-Queensway is a residential neighbourhood in south Etobicoke that benefits from a quiet, tree-lined setting just minutes from the Lake Ontario shoreline. The Queensway boulevard runs through the centre, flanked by a mix of post-war homes, split-levels, and newer builds that have filled in former commercial lots. The housing stock is solid and well-maintained, reflecting a neighbourhood of established families and downsizers who appreciate the combination of space, transit access, and lakefront proximity. The Humber Bay Shores waterfront, just to the south, provides a modern boardwalk, waterfront parks, and cycling trails along the Martin Goodman Trail.
