Milliken is a vibrant, predominantly Asian neighbourhood in northeast Scarborough that has become one of the Greater Toronto Area's most significant Chinese, South Asian, and Southeast Asian commercial and cultural centres. The area along Steeles Avenue East and McCowan Road is dense with Chinese malls, dim sum restaurants, hot pot houses, and specialty grocery stores that attract diners from across the GTA.
