The area stretches from the Richview neighbourhood near Eglinton Avenue south to Burnhamthorpe Road, with Martingrove Road running through its centre. The commercial needs are met by plazas along Martin Grove Road and Rathburn Road, as well as the massive Cloverdale Mall, a neighbourhood institution.
